Howard Brown is a serial entrepreneur and a widely recognized marketing and technology expert with broad experience leading all facets of cross-channel marketing. In 2004, he founded DemandResults based on his unique experience in evidence-based search marketing and behavioral targeting. His unique expertise blending marketing and technology have helped dozens of clients from Salesforce.com to Aspen Education Group implement a more measured approach to marketing their efforts, leading to improved ROI, increased revenue and better customer relationships.

Prior to building DemandResults, Howard created 4Therapy.com, a powerful network of hundreds of healthcare information and referral sites, which won the eHealthcare Award for Best Use of the Internet in 2000. Howard later sold the company to CRC Health, a Bain Capital company, and went on to serve as the healthcare giant's Vice President of Marketing. CRC Health CEO, Barry Karlin, called 4Therapy.com the company's best overall acquisition.

During Howard's three years at CRC Health, the company's online channel grew from just 1.5 percent of new business to over 26 percent. This segment now represents one of CRC Health's largest channels and over 120,000 phone calls a year to the company's National Resource Center.

In January 2004, Howard founded another web-based company, Senior Transitions. Senior Transitions is the nation's leading elder care referral service, and in the last few years has become a trusted partner and resource for over 4,000 senior assisted living facilities.

In both 2007 and 2008, Howard was a finalist for the prestigious Salesforce Appy Award. In 2006, he was nominated for the Salesforce.com Best Force.com Native App Award for an advanced CRM application he built to test and measure sales and marketing efforts at CRC Health. Howard was also nominated for the Salesforce.com Collaboration Excellence award for Senior Transitions. His emergence as a leader in results-focused marketing techniques has made him a frequent panelist and presenter at a number of industry conferences.

William Tyree

William Tyree - DemandResultsInteractive Director
William Tyree is an interactive media strategist with a proven track record in Web marketing, including search engine management (SEO & SEM), social media and lead generation.
His work has spanned several industries, including travel, wine, technology, pet care, healthcare, large nonprofit, government and entertainment.

Immediately prior to joining DemandResults, William was Vice President of Marketing and Operations for L.A.-based Bold New World, a pioneer in the on-demand CRM, CMS and payment processing space, and a leader in online fundraising and marketing for nonprofit groups. He spent 2000-2004 as a consultant and Web project manager for various high-profile projects, including work for MGM, Tolerance.org, the U.S. Small Business Administration and others. His G2B projects for the Federal government earned several honors, including the Excellence.gov award, while his 2000-era travel startup, Traveldish.com, was named a Forbes Best of the Web site.

His entree to the online world came when he was asked to co-pioneer online curriculums while teaching at Northern Arizona University. He continued his path into the Web world as a visiting professor at Asia University in Tokyo, Japan. William holds an M.A. in creative writing and has published dozens of articles, including work in The Atlantic, Japan Inc., The Japan Times, North American Review and Harvard Review. Yue Hai Tan

Senior Developer
YT is an object-oriented design and analysis expert, specializing in PHP, Java, C++, MySQL, web services and network programming. Prior to joining DemandResults, YT served as the Lead Developer for L.A.-based Bold New World, a pioneer in the on-demand CRM, CMS and payment processing space. He was a Senior Software Engineer for Voicemate.com, where he worked on the first telephonic audio and multimedia publishing application for the financial markets. Rob Steiner

Rob Steiner - DemandResultsApplication Developer
Rob is at the nexus of many of DemandResults' Web application projects. His approach to application development is colored by his experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and site optimization, making it possible to leverage even the building blocks of core site development, including CSS integration, to enhance overall search ranking.

Prior to joining DemandResults, Rob was COO of LISTFREE, an innovative real estate start up that connected homeowners with prospective buyers and related industry professionals. This experience in social networking and CRM development serves DemandResults well as we continue to create innovative solutions for Facebook, Force.com and other emerging platforms.

Jennifer Roop

Senior Marketing Manager
Jennifer Roop is a Web marketing strategist with a background in lead generation, Web site development, permission-based marketing, social networking and project management. Her areas of expertise include optimizing design layouts, increasing conversion rates and site traffic while building brand identity. Jennifer has worked in several verticals including education, non-profit, entertainment, automotive, and consumer products.

Prior to joining DemandResults, Jennifer worked for PointRoll, the leading provider for online rich media advertising. Jennifer has a B.A. in Visual Media Arts from Emerson College in Boston, MA.
